Nicole DeJoris
PRESIDENT
Nicole DeJoris is the President of Pinnacle Packaging, Inc. in Lombard, Illinois. Nicole, who was the company’s corporate accountant for several years and a former financial and business consultant, took over ownership from her beloved late brother Chris DeJoris who passed away in 2019. Pinnacle’s goal is to provide excellent customer service to clientele by offering shipping supplies, display presentation boxes and custom logo shipping boxes. Pinnacle strives to be a trusted partner in the furniture, technology, retail, and e-commerce industries among others and helping them succeed.
Nicole, a Lombard resident originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, enjoys activities such as hiking and reading. In addition to managing Pinnacle, she is also studying for her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She is also a member of the League of Women Voters’ Glen Ellyn chapter. This organization encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government.
Chris DeJoris
LATE FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Chris DeJoris, the late founder and president of Pinnacle Packaging had been in the packaging industry since 1987. During his tenure, he received numerous top sales awards and was widely recognized in the industry for his packaging expertise.
In addition to being the president, Chris worked in sales and management. He also enjoyed exploring the creative side of his work by collaborating with clients in creating custom boxes to suit their needs.
As a small business owner, he truly understood the needs of other owners like himself. For him, providing exceptional customer service, delivering efficient and affordable one-stop shop services and having strong professional relationships with Chicago and suburban clientele and vendors are ingredients to build a successful company.
Chris’ family fondly remembers him as a person who loved life, built lasting relationships, had a humorous personality, and loved attending Chicago music festivals. To his friends, he was considered a brother. He was always there to help family members, friends and local charities in need.
“Pinnacle Packaging has been our supplier for 8 years now, and has proved to be a very reliable and established business. Their prices have been very competitive, and with that comes great personal one on one customer service, getting both is a rare commodity.”
